Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.
  • The item is not damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personal care products
  • Beauty and grooming products
  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If you are returning an item for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the return process outlined above.
