Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Shipping Times

As we work with trusted suppliers, delivery times may vary depending on your location.

South Africa: Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days.
International: Estimated delivery is 10–25 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and delays may occasionally occur due to customs, courier services, or peak seasons.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping promotion is available.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped, where available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
